The AgeChecked Client API allows retailers to integrate the age verification solution directly into their website or retail platform allowing the age verification to take place in the background. Customer details are taken directly from the retailers sales process to be used for purposes of verifying the customers age.

This provides a very seamless and effective solution to age verification. Personal details are extracted from the purchase process as the customer enters their billing details. The API runs in the background to ensure your disruption to the customer journey whilst also keeping the customer in your retail environment. If the check is passed then the sale can continue to be processed. If the check fails then a secondary check can be offered to allow the customer to verify with alternative options.
